About the event

Come learn the secrets to a good night's sleep. Dispel myths, learn about dreams, sleeping aids, insomnia, finding your own sleep cycle and more. This will be 1 hour of theory followed by an hour of restorative yoga + yoga nidra (yoga sleep meditation). Run by Laurin.
