For those who wish to become certified teachers, this course serves as the prerequisite for our 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training—the only program of its kind registered with Yoga Australia in NSW. This additional 250-hour Level 1 Diploma expands your knowledge and skills, preparing you to teach yoga in Australia, North America, and Europe.

This six-month immersive program builds a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, history, energetics, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, bandhas, and asana. Designed for both dedicated practitioners and future teachers, this course is a prerequisite for the 250-hour Level 1 Diploma.
Level 1 Diploma
350-Hours
Following the Foundations Course, this additional 250-hour training qualifies you as a Level 1 Yoga Teacher, accredited by Yoga Australia and recognized for teaching in North America and Europe. You will deepen your asana practice, refine your teaching methodology, and gain real-world experience through mentoring, assisting, and leading classes—all culminating in a one-week immersive retreat in Bali.
